What is OSHA?

Why was OSHA created? What does OSHA do? Are we required to comply? What are OSHA Regulations? What must we do to comply? Where can I find more information?

What is a safety program?

What should be included? How do we get started? How do we assign roles? What is a process assessment? What OSHA topics do we work to? How do we address hazards? How do we train our employees? How do we document our efforts? Where can we find help?

What are my rights?

Am I covered? What are my rights? What are my responsibilities? What must my employer do? What if my workplace is unsafe? What if I am in imminent danger? Can I refuse to do the work? Can I get in trouble for this? What other rights do I have? What if I have questions?
