Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
All About OSHA welcomes you. I have created this blog for you subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”), which may be updated from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOS here at any time. By accessing and using the All About OSHA blog, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of the TOS. In addition, when using particular All About OSHA services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules (including but not limited to All About OSHA’s Privacy Policy) are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS. All About OSHA may also offer other services that are governed by different Terms of Service such as purchased products from this website.
Blog Posts and Articles
The information contained in this blog is intended to convey generalized concepts, proven by experience to be effective in reducing workplace illness and injury. They have been written in the broadest of terms in order to cover a wide range of employments and workplaces. However, before implementing any of the suggestions at your workplace, I recommend that you discuss the specifics of their implementation with your labor-relations attorney or adviser, with particular reference to federal law, state law, and collective bargaining relationships. I am confident that you will find these suggestions most helpful in designing an effective, comprehensive, and lawful safety management system.
Blog Comments and Questions
Because of the legal nature of the subjects discussed in All About OSHA’s blog and articles, I will not be accepting comments or questions posted through the comment features of standard blogs for the majority of technical related posts. I will, however, create specific discussion posts where we can interact and I can learn how to best serve you. If you have general questions regarding OSHA or the All About OSHA Blog, Website, or Products, you can contact me through an online form here. This form also includes the e-mail and standard mailing address for All About OSHA. Once again, questions or comments regarding specific workplace conditions requesting advise on how to comply with federal law, state law, and collective bargaining relationships cannot be addressed. I recommend that if you have questions of this nature that you check out the introductory post “What is OSHA” for contact information for your state or federal offices.
